Booking and confirmation
You book through the form on this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We are available 24/7 and reply on WhatsApp within 15 minutes from 7:00 to 23:00, and within 30 minutes at night. Your ride is booked once we confirm it. For airport and long-distance rides, the fixed price is in that confirmation.
Prices
- Our fixed prices are per car for up to four people, including 6% VAT. You can find them on the prices page.
- The price is the same in both directions.
- Tolls and parking are paid separately.
- Between 22:00–06:00 a night surcharge of €10 per car applies.
- Rides within Antwerp use the licensed taximeter.
- If your address is more than 10 km outside Antwerp, the price is on request.
- For more than four people we use both cars and the price counts twice. For more than eight people the price is on request.
Waiting time
- Airport pick-up: 30 min free from the actual landing time. We follow your flight using the flight number you give us when booking.
- Other places: 10 min free from the agreed time.
- After that: €10 per started 15 min of waiting.
Cancellation
- Up to 24 hours before the ride: free.
- Less than 24 hours before the ride: 50% of the ride price.
- No-show without cancelling: 100% of the ride price.

Luggage
Room for about 2 large suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage. More luggage? Mention it when you book. This is a guideline, not a strict limit.
Child seats and pets
A child seat is free if you ask for it in advance. Pets can travel on request. Mention it when you book and we will confirm that everything fits.
Payment
You pay in cash or by card in the car, nothing in advance. Companies receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer within 14 days.
